About RSS college
The College is situated at Baldeo on Mathura-Baldeo Road, having little distance from Mathura City.
Its sight is very attractive & campus has a fully modern with triple story huge building surrounded by beautiful garden, roads and it has well equipped departmental laboratories, psychology lab, Education Tech. Lab, Science Lab, Computer Lab, Work Experience Lab, a modern & Large rich library with reading hall, well ventilated room, lecture halls, music rooms, a large playground with Sports materials etc.
The college is recognized at graduation level in B.B.A, B.C.A, Science-(B.Sc. Bío & Math’s), Art – (B.A.), Commerce – (B.Com.) Three year course, Education – (B.Ed.) 200 seats, & B.T.C and at Post Graduation Level in M.A. – (Education, English, Hindi, Sociology, Political Science) M.S.C – (Physics, Chemistry, Math, Zoology, Botany), LL.B. by the state government & NCTE and affiliated to Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Agra.

Most revered self Baba Saheb Shri Mange Singh Nambardar’s long-standing endeavor of education has “one day taken the form of a wide group in the field of education” with the immense compassion of Durga Maa and today this group of ‘Sikarwar Group of Institutions’ Famous by name. Under this group, RSS Postgraduate College, RSS College of Technology and Management Institutes are run. At present, BBA, BCA, and BA, B.Sc (Bio & Math), B.Com, B.Ed and Post Graduate level in these institutions at graduation level But MA (Hindi, English, Education) M.Sc (Chemistry, Physics, Zoology, Biology, Math) classes are conducted.
Polytechnic diploma is conducted at the technical level, under which civil, mechanical production, mechanical auto mobile, electrical, computer science engineering. There are branches. In 1986, I started my Baba Saheb. A committee was formed in the memory of Shri Mangasingh Nambardar. Under which an institution originated in the name of Sikarwar Inter College, Saidpur. The recognition of this institution’s high school and intermediate science class was first in the field. Seeing the students of the area uneducated, in 2000, for the students, the first institution of the region was established in the name of “Jaidurg Kanya Inter College Saidpur”, which started educating the students of the entire region, the same year I was elected as the head of Gram Sabha Saidpur. , And Principal Council Mathura awarded the post of District Head, Shri Karan Singh Inter College at Nagla Sahasu Raya in the year 2001 Also set up another institution.
In this way, after setting up educational institutions in the entire region, I established the great institution on 22.06.2003 due to hard work and tireless efforts in view of lack of higher education in the area. That r. Ss (PG) came to be known as the college. And in the year 2006, I was awarded the post of State Vice President of Secondary Teachers Association.

सन् 1986 में मैंने अपने बाबा साहब स्व. श्री मांगेसिंह नम्बरदार की स्मृति में एक समिति का गठन किया जिसके अन्तर्गत एक संस्था सिकरवार इंटर कॉलेज, सैदपुर के नाम से उद्भुत हुई।
परम पूज्यनीय स्व. बाबा साहब श्री मांगे सिंह नम्बरदार के द्वारा लम्बे समय से चले आ रहे शिक्षा के निरन्तर प्रयास ने “दुर्गे माँ की असीम अनुकम्पा से” एक दिन शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में विस्तृत ग्रुप का रूप ले लिया और आज यह ग्रुप “सिकरवार ग्रुप ऑफ इंस्टीट्यूशंस” के नाम से प्रसिद्ध है।
इस ग्रुप के अन्तर्गत आर.एस.एस. स्नात्कोत्तर महाविद्यालय, और एक एस कॉलेज ऑफ टेक्नोलॉजी एण्ड मैनेजमेन्ट संस्थायें संचालित हैं। वर्तमान में इन संस्थाओं में स्नातक स्तर पर बी.बी.ए., बी.सी.ए. एवं बी.ए., बी.एस.सी. (बायो एवं मैथ), बी.कॉम, बीएड. व स्नातकोत्तर स्तर पर एम. ए. (हिन्दी, इंग्लिश, एजूकेशन) एम.एस.सी. (रसायन विज्ञान, भौतिक विज्ञान, जन्तु विज्ञान, जीव विज्ञान, मैथ) की कक्षा संचालित है।
टेक्निकल स्तर पर पॉलिटेक्निक डिप्लोमा संचालित है जिसके अन्तर्गत सिविल, मैकेनिकल प्रोडक्शन, मैकेकल ऑटोमोबाइल, इलेक्ट्रिकल, कम्प्यूटर साइंस इंजीनियर ब्रांच है।
इस ग्रुप के अंतर्गत अनेक शिक्षण संसथान संचालित है जिसमें स्नातक, परास्नातक, तकनीकी शिक्षा, चिकित्सा शिक्षा, शिक्षक प्रशिक्षण विधि शिक्षा अदि संचालित है।
इस प्रकार सम्पूर्ण क्षेत्र में जगह जगह शिक्षण संस्थाओं की स्थापना करने के बाद मैनें क्षेत्र में उच्च शिक्षा का अभाव देखते हुए कठिन परिश्रम व अपने अथक प्रयासों से महान संस्था की स्थापना दिनांक 22/06/2003 को की। जो कि आर. एस एस. (पी.जी.) कालेज के नाम से जानी जाने लगी। एवं वर्ष 2006 में मुझे माध्यमिक शिक्षक संघ के प्रदेश उपाध्यक्ष पद से सम्मानित किया गया।

Being the Vice-Chairman of one of the Leading group of institutions of the holy land of lord Shri Krishna, states that many people think that they are not smart enough, or talented enough to get the things, they want. But the fact is that these belief’s have no basis in reality. “If You can believe. You can do things.” Mind is the most powerful force in universe and we provide the best circumstances to develop the potentialities of mind. If a student, tom e opportunities, of tomorrow get proper guidance by the direction of our leaned faculty and guest lectures.
Being a representative of approx 2,00,000 population of Baldeo. as PRAMUKH, Baldeo block, I am very pleased to state that our group in running the institutions in semi rural are for the welfare of all the classes of society. Without prejudices regarding the narrow walls of communalism, castism, rich and poor.
Sikarwar group of institutions is running various courses in its institutions various proposed courses to start soon to full fill the coming needs of intellectuals in the nation as well as to play our powerful role in developing and correcting our society and nation.
Our main motto is to develop the potentialities of the students, upto making them genius.
